Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns. Each piece is uniquely crafted to meet individual specifications, and as such, all sales are final.

Delivery Policy:

Our products are shipped FOB from Fort Lauderdale, Florida. We use several national carriers to deliver our products. Please contact sails@kingsailfish.com if you have any questions concerning delivery or would like to add any extra delivery options.

UV and Outdoor Coatings

While our UV and outdoor coatings are designed to enhance the durability of our fiberglass fish replicas, we must emphasize the following:

1. Coating Limitations: The longevity and performance of our coatings cannot be guaranteed. Environmental conditions and care can affect the durability of these protective layers.
2. No Guarantees on Coating Results: We do not guarantee the results of UV and outdoor coatings due to the variability in exposure conditions. These products may degrade over time, particularly with harsh or prolonged environmental exposure.
3. No Returns for Coating Performance: Returns based on the performance or failure of UV and outdoor coatings are not accepted. We encourage proper maintenance to extend the life of the coatings.
4. Care Recommendations: For guidance on how to care for your mount and maintain the quality of the coating, please contact our customer service.
