Amberjack. The Greater Amberjack is the largest of the Jacks and the most sought after by sportfishermen because of it’s qualities as a game fish. It strikes fast, fights hard and often dives for the bottom. Frequently, when one Amberjack is brought to the boat, others will follow it to the surface. In the Florida Keys, the Delph brothers offer some of the best Amberjack fishing available.
Standard Features include: (at no extra charge) Custom Painting, Downturned Fired-Enamel Glass Eyes and Acrylic Teeth. Options include Expedited Production/Shipping and UV Inhibitive Polyurethane Outdoor Coating. (see more about Standard Features)
